Corporate Liability for Enterprise Large Language Models

A Published Work by Fifteen Scars Deep LLC

This book presents a critical legal analysis of enterprise large language models and serves as a direct indictment of corporations that knowingly deploy unstable AI systems despite foreseeable risks and the growing demand for accountability.

Enterprise LLMs are marketed as authoritative and dependable, yet they are built on probabilistic systems that are inherently unstable and prone to error. Corporations deploy these tools into everyday life despite known system limitations, exposing consumers—especially minors and older adults—to serious and often invisible harm.

The work applies product‑liability doctrine, negligence principles, and emerging regulatory frameworks to a new reality: when corporations know their AI systems can mislead, manipulate, or cause foreseeable harm, they owe duties of design, disclosure, and care. Internal testing, repeated warnings, and documented risks establish corporate knowledge and support expanding legal accountability.

As AI systems become embedded in daily life, the legal system will confront a defining question: what obligations do corporations owe when they commercialize technologies capable of misleading, manipulating, or harming the users who rely upon them?
